1st criteria are you need to be an HT consumer. An
HT consumer is eligible to purchase power from 3rd party sources for
which they should have a connected load of 1200 kW and above. Anything lesser
than that TANGEDCO is not permitting for Open Access approval as per the recent
GO passed.
Currently, the subject matter is in the court and stay has been
issued and TNEB is permitting less than 1 MW until the final verdict arrives.
